Reduce 50% of daily communication, research and development, learning, and meeting time.

Every day, we can see a large number of generative AI products being released, causing anyone to be overwhelmed and not knowing how to truly use the right tools. As an entrepreneur who talks to clients every day, develops projects, and also needs to produce output, what concerns me the most is how to save my time.

Below are the insights I have summarized from the past two months of practice, using minimal products to reduce the time spent on daily communication, development, learning, and meetings by 50%.

Communication - Use Zappier to connect ChatGPT and Gmail, automatically draft replies to received emails, review, and publish. Train a ChatGPT dialogue with sales scripts and conversation cases to automatically generate answers to tedious questions on WeChat/Telegram.

Development - Use ChatGPT to generate various terminal scripts and MVP scaffolding, complete development with copilot, and quickly generate rapid trial and error from 0 to 1 stage without considering scalability and security.

Learning - Use WebGPT for search assistance, ChatGPT to summarize key points of reading articles, use Eightify to summarize YouTube videos before deciding whether to spend time watching or just focusing on key points.

Meetings - Otter AI automatically joins every Zoom meeting, imports conversation records into ChatGPT to generate meeting minutes and next steps.
