"The harder you work, the luckier you get" is not necessarily just chicken soup. Naval, the founder of AngelList, believes that luck can be categorized into four types:
- Destiny, which is unpredictable and uncontrollable
- Luck brought by hard work, every attempt in entrepreneurship, content creation, community building, etc. can bring luck
- Luck brought by preparation, focusing on one field and becoming the first to take off
- Luck brought by personality, your reputation and charisma can bring you more opportunities
